Returns

We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged within 30 days.  Please contact us by email (ann@osmm.org) to report any damaged products and a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you to return the item. Refunds will be credited to your credit card.

Returns must be unused and free of defects. Refunds will only be for cost of item. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
