We just had our first retreat at OSMM for 2019. Fr. James Jackson was here for the first time and we are hoping we will have him back soon. When many people are questioning the Church and its leaders, it is comforting to know there are many workers in the vineyard of the Lord who are sincere, knowledgeable and truly committed to their flock.
It was immediately apparent that Fr. Jackson was dedicated to his vocation, serious about the faith but doesn’t take himself too seriously. He led the retreat with great teaching and a humble spirit.
What a great way to start the 2019 retreat schedule. Come and see us. Leave the world for a couple of days and be renewed in your faith, challenged in your spiritual life and a light to the world.
